 It takes a village to make Mission Montessori’s Movie Night a success and we’d love for you to join in! From setting up decorations to serving popcorn, every volunteer helps create a fun, memorable night for our students and families.

 Help us prepare in the weeks leading up to Movie Night!


  • Organize donations and silent auction items
  • Assemble baskets and signage
  • Help with event promotion and setup planning


Time commitment: 1–2 hours (flexible)

Join the fun in action! We have volunteer roles for all comfort levels and schedules.


  • Event setup (tents, tables, signs, decorations)
  • Check-in & ticket collection
  • Concession stand & meal ticket sales
  • Silent auction assistance
  • Clean-up crew after the movie
     

Time commitment: 1–2 hour shifts — sign up for one or more!

  • Deliver thank-you notes to sponsors
  • Help reconcile auction items and payments
  • Assist with post-event cleanup or inventory

How to Sign Up

  • Step 1: Click one of the Volunteer Sign-Up Forms above.
  • Step 2: Select your preferred shift(s) or area.
  • Step 3: You’ll receive a confirmation email with details and arrival times.

 Every volunteer plays a role in making Movie Night a success — from greeting families to serving snacks. Together, we raise vital funds for Mission Montessori while creating a joyful community event that our students look forward to all year.
